The Paterson YMCA After School Program is a 10-month program that services families with children between the ages of 5 and 12 during the regular school year. Students enrolled in this program bused from a number of public schools throughout the city of Paterson and brought to the Paterson YMCA on a daily basis.

Children enrolled in this program are divided into groups according to their age, with a 1 to 15 staff/child ratio.

We have a variety of recreational activities to offer . Current program content consists of the following:

• Homework assistance (1-hour homework period)
• Arts and Crafts
• Computer Literacy Classes
• Supervised recreation
• Swimming
• Group Activities

A snack and dinner are also provided. Hours of operation for this program are Monday thru Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on regular school days. Program hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. on all school holidays and vacations.

The fee for the after school program is $45.00 per week with transportation and $40.00 per week without transportation (ALL FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
